12 X 10 Retractable Awning - Motorized Crank / Remote Control Powell & Powell Retractable awnings are made with 600-denier polyester fabric that has been treated with a TeflonŽ coating to improve durability and to deliver added resistance to dirt and mildew. All awning fabric is covered by a two-year manufacturer's warranty. Electric Awnings have 120-volt Somfy motors that are fully contained within the roller tube, remote control switches and offer manual override. Motors are covered by a manufacturer's three-year repair/replacement warranty. They are available in 12-foot or 16-foot widths, both with awning lengths of 10 feet. Awning is housed in a protective cover when not in use. The versatile, four-bolt mounting bracket can be attached to a wall or eaves of a house. Angle adjustment is secured by three bolts.
