12 X 10 Retractable Awning w/Manual Crank by Powell & Powell  Powell & Powell Retractable awnings are made with 600-denier polyester fabric that has been treated with a TeflonŽ coating to improve durability and to deliver added resistance to dirt and mildew. All awning fabric is covered by a two-year manufacturer's warranty. Manual Awnings include an offset extension handle for easy deployment. They are available in 12-foot or 16-foot widths, both with awning lengths of 10 feet. The awning is housed in a protective cover when not in use, and the versatile, four-bolt mounting bracket can be attached to a wall or eaves of a house. Angle adjustment is secured by three bolts.
