Anchors too Close to Shed
June 25, 2013
The nearness of the anchors to the shed makes the setup process more difficult. This prevented me from using a long bar to secure the anchors.

Read Instructions before Setup!
June 25, 2013
The end result was fine, but the setup process was painful. Unfortunately, the directions were somewhat confusing. In particular, the instructions specify that the floor kit and anchors should be installed after the rest of the shed has been put together. The directions for the anchor kit, on the other hand, advise the assembler to install the anchors prior to assembling the shed. I learned from experience that installing the floor and anchor kits first is the best thing to do. Putting the shed together first made it unstable and the setup much more difficult and confusing. Reading the directions beforehand will save you time and frustration.

Shed Adequate for Moderate Climate
June 25, 2013
Clear, logical directions made the assembly process simple. This shed is sufficiently sturdy for a climate without hurricanes and tornadoes. To give the shed added stability to withstand the torrential rain that we see here during the summer, we poured concrete around the shed’s anchors.

Consistent with City Building Code
June 25, 2013
Complying with our city’s building code was straightforward with this shed. We were able to install anchors to secure the shed without very little trouble. The minimal cost and convenient setup made this purchase a good decision.
