For a small or medium sized room that needs a contemporary ceiling fan and additional overhead lighting you can count on the Casablanca Tercera 52" Fan with Blades, Light Kit and Wall Control. Casablanca products represent the successful synergy of elegance, versatility, efficiency, endurance and comfort. The light kit includes cased white glass and two 50-watt halogen bulbs. The Direct Drive(tm) motor provides unsurpassed power, silent performance and reliability over decades of continued use. Blades are specially coated with patented Dust Armor nanotechnology to repel dust build-up. Also, a low ceiling downrod option is included. It is available in Snow White with Gloss Snow White blades or Brushed Nickel with Espresso/Walnut blades.
