Flue SizeThe WindBeater Adaptor for Windbeater Chimney Caps lets you mount the matching size of HomeSaver WindBeater Chimney Cap on a masonry flue. The inside of the flue must be 1/2 in. larger than the WindBeater diameter for the adaptor to fit.The masonry adaptor is 304-alloy stainless steel and has a 14 in. x 14 in., 24-gauge base plate so you can easily trim to the exact size needed with tin snips or a sheet metal shear. A pressure-fit device inside the adaptor secures it to the flue tile. Then you simply attach the WindBeater Chimney Cap to the adaptor.
