Use is simple: just adjust its carbide-tipped cutting blade to the desired diameter and insert the shaft into a three-eighths inch drill. This cutter cuts holes from one and seven-eighths inches to twelve inches in diameter. For added safety, it has a dust shield that seals to the surface.
