This black steel stovepipe draw band by Snap-Lock allows you to connect Snap-lock stovepipe to appliances with flue collars that are larger than the stovepipe. Because every ventilation system and installation is different, Snap-Lock provides ongoing solutions to ventilation expansion by enabling you to increase or decrease the diameter of your Snap-Lock stovepipe or simply make the required connections. This draw band is 8 in. diameter and is onstructed with 24 gauge sleek black finished stainless steel construction, and this stovepipe component provides 18 in. clearance to combustibles.

The band is 8 inches in diameter, but how long is the band? Also, does this include the hardware to draw the band tight?
