Ask & Answer
This 30 degree elbow from FMI helps control the temperature inside your ventillation system and create a more efficient ventillation system. This simple elbow is designed for use with woodburning fireplaces, and the FMI product can be used with other similarly sized products from FMi to create a secure and lasting seal between pipe lengths. The convenient 30 degree angle helps provide a corner for pipe systems so that vents can be directed around obstructions.
* Please Note: This FMI High Temperature (HT) item should only be combined with other FMI HT components. If you need help with getting the correct chimney components, please contact us and our fireplace specialist will be happy to help.

30 Degree Offset
January 17, 2012
The offset worked perfectly. Customer service fixed a mistake in my order that I made and still had the item to me before the due date. Thank you for the excellent customer service.
Pros:
the offset can be installed in many different direction/angles which make is very universal.
Cons:
it did not come with assembly instruction. it takes some patients to figure it out but it is workable and does an excellent job for getting around rafters/floor joists.
