Custom created especially for Fire Magic grills, this is a great addition to your grilling products. This great product sears steaks to perfection with a cooking temperature up to 1200-degrees while locking in the juices for an exceptionally flavorful taste. Heating capacity is 32,000 Btu's. The knob is backlit by a blue LED light for safety and ease of use. The exterior finish is contoured and polished making it an excellent complement to Echelon Diamond grills.
