It generates 20,000 BTUs of heat, and has hydraulic thermostat controls. This heater comes with a 5-year limited warranty and a 5-year limited labor warranty. The dimensions are 22" H x 18" W x 16.5" D. Make sure you use the following minimum clearances: 36" from the top, 5" from each side, 2" from the floor when wall-mounted, and 2" from the floor when floor-mounted.
