This wonderful fireplace has a top vent and will produce 26,000 BTU. Included with the fireplace are 18" of flex with an on/off shut-off valve and 15' of pre-installed millivolt wire with a wall switch and cover. Options include firebrick and a blower, as well as various remote control features. All remotes have a 30'operating distance, LCD display, temperature display, low battery indicator, thermo shut-down and childproof lock-out. The Model RMSC remote features a 3-level flame adjustment and a 90-minute countdown timer. The Model RTSC remote adds thermostat control. The Model TSFSC remote features touch-screen operation, flame adjustment, 6-hour countdown timer, thermostat with Smart Mode option, 3-level control of the optional blower, and on/off auxiliary lighting control. Control of the blower and accent lighting with this remote requires the additional purchase of the SCSACM Signature Command A/C Control Module.
