It requires no electricity so no wiring is necessary. The heater will generate 15,000 BTU with a 60 cfm output. The controls use the Millivolt wall thermostat system and it has a Piezo ignition. Safety features include an automatic shut-off. There is a 10-year warranty on the combustion chamber and a 1-year limited warranty for parts. The dimensions of the furnace are 24 7/8" H x 20 1/4" W x 9 3/8" D. Minimum clearances required are 12" from top, 1" from each side" and no required clearance from the bottom of the unit to the floor covering.
