It measures 27 3/4" tall, 37" wide, 11 1/2" deep and only requires 48" of clearance from top, 6" of clearance from each side, and 4" of clearance from the bottom. It doesn't require electricity to run, is available in both natural gas and propane models, and a vent kit is also included for your convenience.
