Grill That Gives Cooking a New Lease On Life
Regardless of whether your best meal to cook is fish, steak, or burgers or you prefer to do high and fast or low and slow smoking, the Primo is for you, and you will very quickly find it to be amazing. It is very easy to see how this grill/smoker is more than capable of giving a new take on cooking in the great outdoors. The types of meat that I have cooked include the following: lion roast, butt, crown roast, chops, sausage, and tenderloin, all types of beef and poultry, and grilled vegetables. With the exception of one loin roast, everything turns out better all around. Recently, I cooked a pork crown roast. I brined it in onion, salt, garlic, sage parsley, and maple syrup for a total of 18 hours. Then, I wet rubbed it with Pepper, parsley, salt, sage garlic, and olive oil. Finally, I stuffed it with bread crumbs, ground pork, garlic, chopped apple, sage, and cranberries (for decoration).Was quite a treat for everyone in attendance!
