This vent free fireplace by Vail comes with a realistic charred oak log set and ceramic pellets that tumble in the burner to create natural-looking flames. The propane burner generates 36,000 BTU with 99.9% efficiency. The unit comes with a matte black hood, slat louvers and a blower to help circulate air through your room. Other features include the piezo ignitor, modulating hydraulic thermostat and an oxygen depletion sensor for safety. The fireplace requires no venting and is zero-clearance certified, and its hem-bent seams eliminate unreliable screws and fasteners during installation. The framing dimensions for installation are 38 1/4" H x 39 1/2" W x 17 7/8" D. A five-year limited warranty is included.
