Could this shed be built on trap rock with cement pier anchors on the corners and middle?
By Magan on July 10, 2013

Answer:
The shed can be built on trap rock and cement pier anchors. With the trap rock, you will need a fairly level surface upon which to build the shed. For the pier anchors, you will need a level base on the anchors to support the shed.

Can you leave off the garage door so it is open on that end and put a walk-in door on the side?

By Magan on February 25, 2013

Answer:
This garage comes with a walk in door on the side. You may leave the roll up door off; however, this may compromise the overall integrity of the structure.

How many people and how long would it take to construct?

By Kelsey C. on April 3, 2014

Answer:
These sheds will usually take 2-3 people to assemble. The time needed is dependent on the workers' skill with general assembly of storages and weather conditions. You may view the assembly instructions in the owner's manual or get help from the DuraMax Hotline at 1-800-483-4674.

Does it come with flooring? What should I do if my cement is not entirely level?
By Dawn on June 13, 2013

Answer:
No, it does not come with flooring and you must have a level base. Per the manufacturer, the shed must be constructed on a solid base foundation. A concrete pad or a large size concrete patio stone squares is recommended for suitable floor base. Make sure it is firm and level and will allow drainage away from the site. The base foundation should be at least 4 inches larger than the shed dimensions. For a concrete pad base, prepare a level bed for a firm footing layer of crushed stone. The concrete pad should then be poured to a thickness of 4 inches to 5 inches and allowed to dry thoroughly for at least 48 hours.
