How long does this take to set up? I am also putting in a solid wood based floor.
1 Answers
The amount of time it takes to set up will depend entirely on the amount of people assembling the shed, as well as your preparation of supplies and tools. However, 2 people should be able to assemble the shed in 4-6 hours (estimated).

Will you detail the flooring in this unit please?
1 Answers
This shed will come with a perimeter base channel that serves as the bottom assembly point for the wall assemblies. However, the shed must be constructed on a poured concrete pad, crushed limestone pad, or wooden conventional foundation. The manufacturer does not offer a flooring kit for this model.

Indeed, these units are shipped as individual panels that must be assembled. The manufacturer recommends allotting the better part of a day to complete assembly.

DuraMax Building
The support trusses I feel are good other than too much time to put together due to so many screws to hold them together. I feel they could be better engineered for a lot less time to put together. Also any screws that needed to have the plastic washer put on them is a waste of time. Having to pull the washers off and put on the screws is very time consuming because there are screws you can get that already have the rubber washer on them. I spent $40.00 to buy those screws so its not a real expensive cost. Other than spending a lot of time putting screws in I feel the building is pretty good. The only other thing I will talk about is the thickness if the side & roof sheeting is almost like a beer can not too impressed. Overall the building is a descent building but for the price I would expected the siding etc. would have been a little more rigid! I feel you have a good product but not a great product and that's what you should be selling!
