Once you have the right tools...

...this product was fairly straightforward to install, and has worked very well for me. To install on a concrete pad, you NEED to have a rotary hammer to drill into concrete (they don't tell you this in the "parts needed" list) and some anchors/bolts available at any hardware store (not hard to find, and not expensive, but again, they don't tell youthat you need this in the instructions). Once I had the right tools and all the hardware, installation was pretty straightforward, although it took twice as long as the manufacturer recommended (plan to spend a full weekend on installation). The shed has performed very well for our needs keeping everything dry even with fairly heavy rains, but watch you head! The shed is only about 5'8" high in the interior with several steel beams that don't feel so good to smack your head into. Overall I am satisfied with the product.
