Electric Fireplaces

Electric Fireplaces are among the easiest, most convenient home heating solutions in existence. Many of these heating units require no venting and operate using a simple wall outlet. That makes the many wall-mounted units, fireplaces with cabinets, media centers with fireplaces, see-through models, and more not only easy to install and operate, but also extremely cost-effective. You can heat any area in any-sized quickly, efficiently, and at a cost that's much lower than many similarly-sized gas units when you take advantage of the deals available in this Electric Fireplaces section.

Good morning. We purchased a 28EF023GRA Electric Classic Flame Fireplace Nov. 2012 and installed it in a customer's home. She called this AM and said that her fireplace is great, works great, but the remote quit working. She has replaced the batteries in it and it still does not work. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks.

Unfortunately, there is not much troubleshooting that can be performed on this model, as the remote receiver is internal. If the batteries have been replaced and it has been verified that there is no corrosion on the battery contacts inside the remote, it may simply be defective. Because the unit is barely beyond the warranty period, Classic Flame may still honor it and process a claim for a new remote.
