This heavy-duty camping tent will sleep six people comfortably, and it provides maximum weather protection, be it wind or rain. The tent features three windows for great air flow and a twin-track, side-opening door for easy access. The aluminum frame is pre-bent, lightweight, shock-corded, and self-supporting. A StormShield gives added protection by extending out over the windows and door, and the hood can be drawn in even more with a cord once the poles over the door are removed. The specially designed floor limits exposure to ground level water. This is a camping tent for all seasons.

This is the best 3+ season tent out there. It has gone thru a pacific coast storm at the beach and handled 3inches of snow in the Mts. I camp by myself and wanted a tent I could stand in and move around well. Being somewhat disabled Im able to set this up by myself and still have room for bed,table,chair and gear. I Love my Equinox.

this is a wonderful tent, quality construction and can easily be set up by one person. The six person rating is a little overboard...crowded with six. Lots of head room and well ventalated. If you looking for a great 5 person tent...get this one...you'll be happy

Excellent tent that offers good stability in the wind. Pretty quiet when wind blows due to tight specs and design. Mine is 5 years old. My friend borrowed and accidently ran over the tent bag. Was able to buy replacement spoke and straighten a few poles.
