This model allows you to install a gas or propane fireplace in tight fit areas because it requires no clearance at all. The unique design allows the fireplace to vent through the back wall which enables the firebox to fit nearly anywhere. You also have the ability to use either a cast iron or a tile front, whichever is more convenient for you.
