The Bungalow Builder 36 Inch Wood Burning Fireplace is a smooth face fireplace that is non circulating. It has a durable powder coat finish with a full white refractory brick liner. There is a 1" minimum clearance and is specifically designed for the Builders' Market. The manfuacturay warranty is 25 years. The dimensions are Framing Dimensions: 38" W x 37-5/8" H x 22" D with the Firebox Dimensions: 36" FW x 22-5/8" BW x 21-1/2" H x 21-1/8" D.
