A fireplace hood can be an important accessory to your fireplace. It functions to direct the heat generated by the fireplace into the room and away from the fireplace surround and mantel that are just above the fireplace. This is important if you have a wood mantel that you want to keep looking nice. Included is a one piece hood with a bracket for masonry. You can select either standard lintel mount or a surface mount. This hood comes in nine different finishes of black, brass, chrome or copper. It is available in several sizes to fit virtually any fireplace. Please note that delivery will take at least one week from time of order.
