This FMI wood fireplace firestop spacer is intended to be used with the FMI 8 in. diameter wood burning chimney venting pipe. This firestop spacer is required to be used at the ceiling when installing ventilation pipe, allowing the proper amount of spacing between the hot piping and the ceiling. FMI fireplace chimney liners and components are approved for use with FMI wood fireplaces only, and are UL approved. This firestop spacer measures 19.5 in. x 19.5 in. overall.
