A Fair Weather Canopy
July 28, 2013
I bought this tent in order to have shelter for an art fair in Michigan. The first day of the fair was sunny and calm, so the tent did OK, despite the fact that it was shipped to me with a slightly bent frame. The canopy is white and arrived with a large rust stain on it, which I didn't have time to try to fix. On the second day of the fair, we had rain. The tent collected water near the bent part of the farm, so I had to manually coax the pooling water off the tent, where it splashed down in heavy sheets and soaked everything. The canopy leaked in several places and most of my merchandise got wet. So, this is a FAIR WEATHER tent, for light recreational use, in NO WIND, NO RAIN conditions. Frankly I would not recommend this canopy at all; it is cheaply constructed, came with rust on all the parts, and with a stained canopy.
Pros:It was fairly cheap.
Cons:Everything. Poor construction, rust, bent frame, stained canopy.
