This play set encourages children to play creatively and as safely as possible. It is made from factory stained and sealed wood that is poly-coated to be splinter free and weather resistant. The coating also resists fading. The pieces join with electro-galvanized hardware for durability. The polyethylene swings are UV protected and have nylon grommets. The cedar roof is tongue in groove construction. The set comes pre-drilled and ready to assemble (8-10 hours) according to the included instructions. The unit has a sandbox, built-in picnic table, safety handles, telescope, tic-tac-toe spinner, 10' green wave slide, rock wall with climbing rope, a climbing ramp with a rope, climbing rope ladder, a fort, turbo tire swing, two swings, a trapeze bar, a solid swing beam, a 3 position swing beam, and iron ductile swing hangers. The finished dimensions are 23' L x 18' W x 11' H with a 5' deck height.
