Animals can move into your chimney and live there during times of the year when your fireplace is not being used. Make sure they can't take up residence by installing this heavy duty screen, which will exclude raccoons, squirrels and birds, or any other critters that may be attracted to your chimney. This item has a heavy 14-gauge galvanized steel base with 18-gauge 5/8" galvanized steel mesh. The outside tile size of 9" x 13" will fit outside tile dimensions from 7 1/2 in. x 11 1/2 in. to 9 1/2" x 13 1/2". This screen is 6 inches high and comes in a painted black finish.
