The chimney screen is constructed with heavy 18 gauge, 5/8 inch stainless steel mesh, with the base being 16 gauge stainless steel. The screen is 6 inches high with the outside tile size of 9 inches by 13 inches and fits outside tile dimensions from 7-1/2 x 11-1/2 inches to 9-1/2 x 13-1/2 inches.
