1. What is the difference between the 3 package deal canopies?
The DisplayShade is our best selling package deal. It is available in different color tops. The sidewalls
attach with velcro and are available in the white only. The frame is made of a lightweight steel and weighs
approx 52 lbs.
The EZ Up package deal is our second best selling package deal. It comes in WHITE ONLY and the frame
is made of aluminum - it weighs approx. 52 lbs. The sidewalls attach with zippers on the sides.
The Caravan Aluminum package deal (not the same as the Caravan Aluma canopy) is not as sturdy as the other 2 packages. It is available in WHITE ONLY. Sidewalls attach
with zippers on the sides. It weighs approx. 48 lbs.
2. Do you have a package deal in any size other than the 10x10?
We only have the package deals available in the 10x10.
3. Is the EZ Up package deal available in any color other than the White?
It is available in White only. You can get the DisplayShade (#1 on the best sellers) canopy with different color tops.
4. What is the difference between the EZ Up and Caravan brands?
They are basically 2 different companies making very similar products. We choose to sell the Caravan complete
line over the EZ Up because we feel it is a better value and better quality for your money.
5. Will the Caravan weight bags work on the EZ Up canopy package deal?
Yes, they will attach at the bottom of each leg.
6. How much sand will the Standard weight bags hold?
Each bag will hold about 15 lbs of sand.
7. What all comes in the EZ Up Package Deal?
It comes with the aluminum frame, top, 4 zippered sidewalls, stake kit, roller bag, and the extra
awning.
8. How do the sidewalls attach on the package deals?
DisplayShade Package - walls attach with velcro straps along the legs and across the top
EZ Up Package - walls attach with zippers
Caravan Aluminum Package - walls attach with zippers
9. Does one of the walls in the package deals have a middle zipper for a door?
No, all 4 walls in all the package deals are solid - they do not have middle
zippers.
10. Why is the Caravan Aluma so much for expensive than the aluminum package deals?
The Caravan Aluma is a commercial grade frame. It is made of an industrial grade aluminum and is much
more durable. It is Caravan's best canopy.
11. What is the difference between the Classic and the Aluma canopies?
Both canopies are commercial grade and set up the exact same. The only difference is in the material of the frame. The Aluma is Caravan's best and is made of an industrial grade aluminum. The Classic is made of
a heavy steel. The Aluma is a bit lighter in weight. The canopy tops are the exact same.
12. How long will it take to receive my canopy if I order the custom color?
Please allow an additional 7 to 10 business days prior to shipping for the custom colors as they will have to be sewn for you.
They are not stock colors, therefore, the extra time to make them and the extra
charges.
13. Do you do custom graphics on the canopies?
We can only do the custom graphics on the Caravan Instant Canopies. We can not do them on the semi-permanent
canopies because the tops will not hold the print - they are made of a plastic, tarplike
material.
14. How much are the custom graphics?
No custom graphic quotes are given over the phone. Please visit our
Caravan Canopy Custom Graphics web page for more information on the custom
canopies and to request a quote.
15. How long does it usually take for the custom canopy for the graphics to be made?
This process will take 3 to 5 weeks - minimum.
16. Do you make any canopies in different sizes than what is on the website - instant or semi-permanent?
No, we do not make any custom sized canopies whatsoever. We are not a manufacturer, we are a retailer
only.
