Cape Cod Wooden Outdoor Playhouse Kit - 6 x 8 - 6x8 CCP-WPNK

Kids love the creative process of playing in their own outdoors playhouse. This model is easy to assemble because the wall sections are panelized with prefastened Duratemp siding. All other parts are precut to make construction quick. The walls and roof use 2 x 3 framing. The house comes with two functional 14" x 21" windows with safety glass and screens, shutters, and flowerboxes. There are two non-functioning dormer windows. There are two doors, a front child's Dutch door (40" high) and a side adult Dutch door (61" high). All necessary hardware is included along with white aluminum outside corner trim. All the siding and trim are preprimed and ready for painting. You must supply shingles, paint, floor (if needed), and drip edge. The final dimensions of the house are 6 ft. L x 8 ft. W x 8 ft. H without the deck.
