Easy to assemble, your child can soon be playing in their newly constructed dream playhouse!

• Wood flooring included
• 2 x 3 wood wall framing
• 2 x 4 wood trusses 2' on center
• Duratemp siding is prefastened onto wall panels to insure that wall panels are square
• Wall sections are panelized for ease of assembly
• Straight trim is prefastened to panels
• All other parts are precut and ready for assembly
• Two functional 14" x 21" windows with safety glass, grids, and screens
• Shutters and flowerboxes
• 3 non-functioning Cape Cod dormers
• Front child's Dutch door (40" H x 20" W)
