Little Cottage Chapel Outdoor Playhouse - 8 x 12

All of the wall sections are panelized for security and ease of assembly, and you can customize the chapel with the addition of faux stained glass windows. • Measures 8 ft. L x 12 ft. W x 12 ft. 10 in. H (at top of steeple)
• 2 x 3 wood wall framing
• 2 x 4 wood trusses 2 ft. on center
• Preprimed siding is prefastened onto wall panels to insure panels are square
• Wall sections are panelized to save time in assembly
• Straight trim is prefastened to panels
• All other parts are precut and ready to assemble
• 8 chapel windows
• Front child's Dutch door measuring 20 in. W x 40 in. H
• White aluminum outside corner trim
• Necessary hardware is included:  screws, latches, handles, nails
• All trim and siding is preprimed

• Shingles
• Paint
• Dripedge (this is a piece of aluminum that goes along the edge of the roof)
• Floor (if purchased without floor kit)
• Optional trio of 4 x 4 posts under the floor
