The Gingerbread Wooden Outdoor Playhouse Kit is an attractive, fully functional playhouse kit your children will adore. This 8' L, 12' W, 8' H playhouse features panelized wall sections to save assembly time, and preprimed siding. Almost all parts are precut and ready for assembly: the two working 14" x 21" windows with safety glass, grids, and screens; gorgeous Gingerbread trim and flowerboxes around the windows, a Dutch door on the side, shingles, paint, and dripedge.

• Measures 8 ft. L x 12 ft. W x 8 ft. H
• 2 x 3 wood wall framing
• Curved 2 x 4 wood trusses 2' on center
• Preprimed siding is prefastened onto wall panels to insure panels are square
• Wall sections are panelized to save time in assembly
• Gingerbread preprimed trim is prefastened to panels
• All other parts are precut and ready for assembly
• Two working 14 in. x 21 in. windows with safety glass, grids, and screens
• Gingerbread trim and flowerboxes around windows
• "Firehouse USA" and "Engine #1" signs
• Adult Dutch door on side (61" H x 34" W)
• Necessary hardware is included:  screws, latches, handles, nails
