Children of all ages will be delighted with this gingerbread outdoor playhouse. The kit measures 8' L x 12' W x 8' H and includes wood flooring, wood wall framing, and curved 2' x 4' wood trusses. Preprimed siding is prefastened onto wall panels to insure that panels are square. Each wall section is panelized to save time in assembly, and gingerbread preprimed trim is prefastened to panels. All other parts are precut and ready for assembly. The house features gingerbread trim and flowerboxes around windows and an adult Dutch door on the side. All necessary hardware is included: screws, latches, handles, and nails. Shingles, paint, dripedge, and floor must be purchased separately.
