Build a playhouse your children will never forget with this Gingerbread House kit. It measures 8 ft. long, by 8 ft. wide by 8 ft. high, and includes a wood floor for the little homemakers to spread pretty rugs over. Sturdy 2 x 3 wood wall framing, and curved 2 x 4 wood trusses 2-ft. on center give the structure stability, and pre-primed siding is pre-fastened onto wall panels to insure the panels are square. All necessary hardware is included, and all parts are pre-cut and ready for assembly with the gingerbread trim attached to the panels, including two working 14-inch by 21-inch windows with safety glass and screens, and flowerboxes around the windows. You can "visit" your kids while they play, too, because there is an adult Dutch door on the side.
