This house will inspire many hours of imaginative play for your children. It measures 11' L (including porch) x 12' W x 8' H. The construction is relatively easy since the walls are panelized with prefastened siding and trim that are pre-primed. All other parts are precut and ready for assembly. The house is sturdily built with 2 x 3 wood wall framing and 2 x 4 roof trussed that are 2' on center. The playhouse comes with two functional 14" W x 21" H screened windows, 3 non-functional dormers, a front child's Dutch door (20" W x 40" H) and a side adult Dutch door (34" W x 61" H). The covered porch is 3' deep and has a railing. The house comes with a floor kit. All necessary hardware is included. You must supply shingles, paint, and drip edge.
