Here's a playhouse to fulfill any child's dream. Measuring 9 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 8 feet high, the house includes a front child's Dutch door, a side adult Dutch door, a covered porch that is 3 feet deep and runs the width of the playhouse front, a railing for the porch, and 2 non-functional Cape Cod dormers. The house comes with a floor kit, and all necessary hardware is included. The siding is prefastened onto wall panels to inusre that the panels are square, and the sections come in panels to save assembly time. Built of sturdy composite, the straight trim is also prefastened to the panels. All other parts, including the white aluminum outside corner trim, are precut and ready to assemble. All trim and siding is preprimed and ready to paint. Some parts will need to be purchased separately.

• Measures 9 ft. long from the front of the porch to the back of the playhouse, 8 feet wide, and 8 ft. high

• 2 x 3 wood trusses 2 ft. on center
