• Duratemp siding is prefastened onto wall panels to insure that panels are square
• Wall sections are panelized for ease of assembly
• All other parts are precut and ready for assembly
• Straight trim is prefastened to panels
• 2 working 12" x 18" windows w/ screens and safety glass
• Windows feature shutters and flowerboxes
• Roof features 2 Cape Cod dormers with grid windows (non-functioning)
• Front child's Dutch door (35" H x 16" W)
• Side Adult Dutch door (47" H x 24" W)
• Necessary hardware is included for assembly:  screws, latches, handles, nails
• White aluminum outside corner trim
• All trim and siding comes preprimed for paint
