Designed to occupy the dimensions of 8 foot by 12 foot once it has been assembled, your kids will forget its name, focusing instead on all of the fun and games that they can have with all of their friends both within and outside of its walls.

• Measures 8 ft. L x 12 ft. W x 10 ft.. H (at top of bell cupola)
• 2 x 3 wood wall framing
• 2 x 4 wood trusses 2 ft. on center
• Preprimed siding is prefastened onto wall panels to insure panels are square
• Wall sections are panelized to save time in assembly
• Straight trim is prefastened to panels
• All other parts are precut and ready to assemble
• 8 round-topped  windows
• Front child's Dutch door measuring 20 in. W x 40 in. H
• Porch roof over child's Dutch door
• Side adult Dutch door measuring 34 in. W x 61 in. H
• White aluminum outside corner trim
• Necessary hardware is included:  screws, latches, handles, nails
• All trim and siding is preprimed
