Give your children a great back yard experience with a neat playhouse. This Stratford Schoolhouse playhouse kit will allow you to do that with minimal trouble. The parts are designed for simple assembly. The features of this playhouse include wood flooring, round-topped windows, Dutch doors, and porch roof. An adult-sized door is also included to allow you to enter as well to join your child. The approximate size of the playhouse is 8' x 12' x 10'.

• Measures 8 ft. L x 12 ft. W x 10 ft.. H (at top of bell cupola)
• Wood flooring included
• 2 x 3 wood wall framing
• 2 x 4 wood trusses 2 ft. on center
• Preprimed siding is prefastened onto wall panels to insure panels are square
• Wall sections are panelized to save time in assembly
• Straight trim is prefastened to panels
• All other parts are precut and ready to assemble
• 8 round-topped  windows
• Front child's Dutch door measuring 20 in. W x 40 in. H
• Porch roof over child's Dutch door
• Side adult Dutch door measuring 34 in. W x 61 in. H
• White aluminum outside corner trim
• Necessary hardware is included:  screws, latches, handles, nails
• All trim and siding is preprimed
