This delightful playhouse looks like an old-fashioned one room schoolhouse and comes with a bell cupola. Construction is made easier with the panelized wall sections that have prefastened siding and composite trim. All other parts are precut. The walls have 2 x 3 wood framing and the 2 x 4 trusses are 2' on center. The house comes with wood flooring, 6 round-topped windows, a front child's Dutch door with a porch roof, and a side adult Dutch door. White aluminum outside corner trim is included along with all the necessary fasteners. The trim and siding are primed and ready for painting. You must supply shingles, paint, and drip edge. The house measures 8' L x 8' W x 10' H (at top of bell cupola).
