This Sweetbriar Wooden Outdoor Cottage Playhouse Kit is very well built, including real wood 2 inch by 2 inch pre assembled wood trusses and wall framing. The siding is pre-primed and already fasten to make sure it is perfectly square. Panelized walls make the assembly quicker. All other parts are precut.
