Even adults can easily become wrapped up in the fairytale charm of this beautiful playhouse. This gingerbread inspired outdoor playhouse measures a full 10'L x 12' W x 9' H, has 2x4 wood wall framing and trusses, two functional windows with safety glass and screens, shutters, and even flowerboxes! Truly, it's a miniature house built just for your child. This playhouse features a child's front Dutch door, and a side adult Dutch door. Assembly is simple! The Duratemp siding is pre-fastened to the wall panels to ensure that the panels are square, each wall section is panelized for easy assembly, and the gingerbread trim is pre-fastened to the panels. All other parts are precut and ready for assembly, and all the needed hardware is included. The playhouse has white aluminum corner trim, and all the trim and siding is pre-primed.
