This beautiful outdoor playhouse features a Victorian Wooden styling. The playhouse is six feet by eight feet. The floor is included. The framing is 2 inches by 3 inches in both the wall and in the trusses. They are both two feet on center. The wall panels are pre-fastened to the walls making sure they are secure and square. The wall panels are easy to assemble. The decorative trim is all precut and ready to attach.

• 2 x 3 wood wall framing
• 2 x 3 wood trusses 2' on center
• Duratemp siding is prefastened onto wall panels to insure that wall panels are square
• Wall sections are panelized for ease of assembly
• Gingerbread trim is prefastened to panels
• All other parts are precut and ready for assembly
• Two functional 14" x 21" windows with safety glass, grids, and screens
• Shutters and flowerboxes
• One painted heart plexi-glass window in white
• Front child's Dutch door (40" H x 20" W)
• Side adult Dutch door (61" H x 34" W)
• Necessary hardware included for assembly:  screws, latches, handles, and nails
• White aluminum outside corner trim
• All trim and siding is preprimed
