Victorian Wooden Outdoor Playhouse Kit - 8 x 10 - 8x10 VP-WPNK

This beautiful playhouse measures 8' L x 10' W x 8' H and uses 2 x 3 wood wall framing with 2 x 4 wood trusses that are 2' on center. The walls are premade panels with DuraTemp siding already in place to ensure that they are square. The panels come with the gingerbread trim already attached. All other parts, including trim, are precut and ready for your assembly. The kit contains two functional 14"x 21" windows that come with safety glass, grids, and screens. The package also contains shutters and flowerboxes, a painted heart plexi-glass window, a front child's Dutch door (40" x 20") and a side adult Dutch door (61" x 34"). All necessary hardware is included. Extra items you must purchase include shingles, paint, floor (if purchased without floor kit), drip edge, and optional trio of 4 x 4 posts under the floor (required with deck option).
