The cute and simple Victorian style of this playhouse is the ideal play place where your children will love to spend hours of fun pretending and imagining. This house measures 8 ft. L x 8 ft. W x 8 ft. H, with 2 x 3 wood wall framing, and 2 x 4 wood trusses 2' on center. The Duratemp siding is pre-fastened onto wall panels to insure that the wall panels are square. Wall sections are panelized for ease of assembly and the gingerbread trim is pre-fastened to panels. All other parts are precut and ready for assembly for your convenience.
