This shed is easy to assemble because the walls are panelized and come with prefastened siding and trim. The framing is 2 x 4 studs 16" on center and the roof is made of 2 x 4 trusses 24" on center for stability. All parts are precut and ready for construction. Two functional screened 30" W x 36" H windows come with Z-style shutters. The Colonial double door creates a 4' W x 6' H opening has large hinges and a locking latch. All trim and siding come primed and ready to paint. Construction hardware is included. You must supply floor (if needed), paint, shingles, and drip edge. Be sure to check HOA restrictions and local building for permit requirements before ordering. The size of the pallets prevents the shipper from unloading with a lift gate. Plan on having two people present to receive and unload the shipment.
