Panelized wall sections with prefastened siding and trim make assembly of this storage shed relatively uncomplicated. All other parts are pre-cut for your convenience. The walls and trusses use 2 x 4 framing 16" and 24" on center respectively. The shed comes with two functional 30" x 36" windows and "Z-style" shutters. The double door creates a 4' W x 6' H opening and comes with large hinges and a locking latch. The trim and siding are primed and ready for painting. The necessary construction hardware is included. You must supply shingles, paint, floor (if needed), and drip edge. Check to see if HOA permissions or building permits are required before ordering. Because of the pallet size, the shipper can't use the lift gate to unload.
