The Gable Wood Garden Storage Shed Kit - 8 x 12 - GABLE8x12

Assembling this sturdy shed is relatively easy thanks to the panelized wall sections that come with prefastened siding and composite trim. The walls have 2 x 4 framing 16" on center and the roof trusses are 24" on center. Both the front and back walls are 6' high. All other parts are precut and ready to be assembled. The double door had a locking handle and creates a 4' W x 6' H opening. The trim and siding are primed and ready for painting. You must supply fasteners, shingles, paint, and drip edge for the roof. Please check HOA restrictions and local building codes for permissions and required permits before ordering. The size of the pallets makes it impossible for shipper to unload with a lift gate. Plan on having 2 people present to receive the shipment and unload the product.
