The Workshop Wood Garden Storage Shed Kit - 10 x 12 - WORKSHOP10x12

This is a sizable workshop shed that comes with panelized wall sections for easier assembly. The front and back walls are six feet high and have 2 x 4 framing 16" on center. The straight composite trim is prefastened, and all the trim pieces come pre-primed. All other parts are precut and ready for construction. The double door provides a 5' W x 6' H opening and comes with a locking latch. The kit contains two 18" W x 24" H aluminum windows with shutters, glass, grids, and screens. You must supply fasteners, shingles, paint, floor (if needed), and drip edge for the roof. Please check local codes and HOA restrictions for permissions and permits required. Because of the size of the pallets, the shipper can't use a lift gate to unload. Please make sure at least two people are available to unload the product.
